Luck & Spite Moto Co is operated by Luck & Spite Holdings LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times may vary during product launches, sales, holidays, high-volume periods, or for items made to order, printed on demand, or fulfilled by third-party partners.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, selected shipping method, package weight, order value, and carrier availability.

Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be subject to the terms listed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Luck & Spite Moto Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page.

Some products may ship separately depending on inventory location, supplier, print provider, or fulfillment partner.

International Shipping

International shipping may be offered where available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges required by their country.

Luck & Spite Moto Co is not responsible for delays, rejected deliveries, or additional charges caused by customs or import regulations.

Third-Party and Partner Fulfillment

Some items sold by Luck & Spite Moto Co may be fulfilled by third-party vendors, print-on-demand providers, suppliers, or curated partner brands.

These items may have separate processing times, shipping methods, packaging, return rules, or delivery timelines. When applicable, details will be provided on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Luck & Spite Moto Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Luck & Spite Moto Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We may assist with filing a carrier claim where possible, but replacement or refund decisions are handled at our discretion and may depend on carrier findings, product availability, and order circumstances.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different locations, vendors, or production partners.

Preorders and Made-to-Order Items

Preorder, limited-run, custom, or made-to-order items may have longer processing and fulfillment times. Estimated timelines will be provided when available, but delays may occur.

By purchasing these items, customers acknowledge that shipping may take longer than standard in-stock products.
